With expert product knowledge, you'll guide customers through their selections with confidence, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that exceeds expectations. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts, providing personalized consultations on plumbing, tile, lighting, and renovation solutions.
• Manage relationships through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members on inside sales strategies and marketing to boost store visibility and sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical support on maintenance or remodeling projects, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing/tile or retail sales within luxury or high-end home improvement markets is preferred.
• Experience in renovation, construction, or interior design provides valuable insight into client needs and project workflows.
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and basic math
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
