We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Concrete Mixer Truck Driver to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of ready-mix concrete to our customers and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy trucks, strong attention to safety, and a willingness to cross-train to support other hauling needs when required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver concrete to job sites.</li><li>Ensure loads are mixed properly and delivered on schedule while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Inspect truck, mixer, and related equipment daily for proper maintenance and safe operation.</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete necessary documentation.</li><li>Wash out the truck after deliveries to maintain cleanliness and prevent build-up.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers, plant operators, and site crews.</li><li>Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Cross-train to operate gravel haul trucks to help feed stockpiles as needed to support plant operations.</li><li>Assist with other yard or plant duties as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid CDL Class A driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record.</li><li>Experience with mixer trucks preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate.</li><li>Knowledge of DOT regulations and proper truck operation.</li><li>Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.</li><li>Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs., and work in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>401(k) with company match.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Steady seasonal work with potential year-round opportunities.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Butte, MT 59701 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Butte, MT 59701: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
