We are seeking a passionate and friendly Sales Assistant to join our holistic healing and wellness shop. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in crystals, natural healing, and holistic wellness, and who enjoys creating a welcoming and uplifting experience for customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers warmly, both in-store and over the phone/WhatsApp, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for.</li><li>Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers&rsquo; needs and suggest products knowledgeably and authentically.</li><li>Provide the highest level of customer service with friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of crystals, their healing properties, and holistic wellness practices.</li><li>Learn about our natural healing products and guide customers in selecting suitable tools for their personal journey.</li><li>Create customized healing bracelets for customers.</li><li>Accurately manage the cash register and process payments.</li><li>Receive, process, and package online orders promptly and correctly.</li><li>Unbox, receive, price, and organize new shipments of merchandise.</li><li>Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.</li><li>Assist with social media content creation, including taking photos and videos for promotional use.</li><li>Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or higher education.</li><li>Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; interest or experience in holistic wellness, crystals, or healing modalities is a plus.</li><li>Good command of English (verbal and written).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Friendly, engaging, and professional attitude.</li><li>Punctual, reliable, and attentive to customer needs.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, data entry, PowerPoint).</li><li>Team player who works well with others and contributes positively to the shop environment.</li></ul>Employee Benefits<ul><li>Visa provided after successful probation period</li><li>Health insurance provided</li><li>Incentive/commission program on sales</li><li>Airline ticket provided after 2 years of service</li><li>30 days of paid vacation per year</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
