OverviewHollywood Pet Center is looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Groomer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled groomer who not only excels in grooming all breeds but is also confident in leading a team, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive, professional environment.We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, works well with others, and is committed to delivering exceptional care to every pet.Job Describtion:Grooming Excellence<ul><li>Perform full-service grooming on all breeds and sizes (bath, haircut, styling, nail trim, etc.)</li><li>Handle challenging dogs with patience, confidence, and care</li><li>Ensure every pet is groomed safely and to the highest standard</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Oversee and support other groomers and bathers</li><li>Train, mentor, and demonstrate proper grooming techniques</li><li>Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Store Operations<ul><li>Help manage daily grooming operations and workflow</li><li>Ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently</li><li>Assist with customer communication and satisfaction</li></ul>Cleanliness &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and proper animal handling procedures</li><li>Uphold the high standards Hollywood Pet Center is known for</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years professional grooming experience</li><li>Ability to groom all breeds, coat types, and sizes</li><li>Strong experience handling difficult or anxious dogs</li><li>Leadership or mentoring experience preferred</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management</li><li>Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills</li><li>Passion for animal care and grooming excellence</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who leads by example</li><li>Takes initiative and ownership</li><li>Is patient, calm, and confident under pressure</li><li>Genuinely cares about pets and their well-being</li><li>Wants to grow with a long-term team</li></ul>Why Join UsAt Hollywood Pet Center, we are more than just a grooming salon&mdash;we are a team that values quality, care, and community.
