What You'll Do</b></h3><p>
As an <b>Event Team Member</b>, you&rsquo;ll help keep our stand running smoothly during markets, festivals, and private events. Team members rotate between several roles throughout a shift, working together to deliver fast service and a great customer experience.</p><p>
Responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li><b>Greeting customers and creating a friendly, welcoming experience</b></li></ul><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Taking orders and processing payments using our point-of-sale system</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Preparing and assembling menu items such as cannoli and sandwiches</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Assisting with beverage service and restocking supplies as needed</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Keeping service areas clean, organized, and efficient during busy periods</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Communicating with teammates to keep orders moving quickly and accurately</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Helping manage customer flow so lines move smoothly</b></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
<b>Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and general stand operations</b></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>

What We're Looking For</b></h3><p>
No prior experience is required. We&rsquo;re happy to train the right person. We&rsquo;re looking for team members who are:</p><ul>

<li><b>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</b></li>
<li><b>Comfortable working outdoors at markets and events</b></li>
<li><b>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when restocking supplies</b></li>
