Holy Cannoli is a fast-growing specialty dessert and Italian street-food concept serving fresh cannoli, sandwiches, and beverages at markets, festivals, private events, and regional venues throughout Virginia.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Event Team Members who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This position is perfect for someone who likes staying busy, interacting with customers, and being part of a small team that delivers great food and great service.

What You'll Do

As an Event Team Member, you’ll help keep our stand running smoothly during markets, festivals, and private events. Team members rotate between several roles throughout a shift, working together to deliver fast service and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers and creating a friendly, welcoming experience

Team members work together in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key to delivering great service at every event.

What We're Looking For

No prior experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for team members who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to stay organized and accurate while handling transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work most Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working outdoors at markets and events
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when restocking supplies
