Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.</li><li>Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs.</li><li>Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.</li><li>Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards of cleanliness and professionalism.</li><li>Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and experiences.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Proficiency in phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for assisting a diverse clientele.</li><li>Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.</li><li>3pm - 11pm will be primary shift hours.</li></ul>Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you can contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while developing your career in the hospitality field!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Free parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
