We are seeking a skilled, personable, and dependable Bartender to join our hotel team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience by delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment.Position Summary:The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and hotel policies, including proper ID verification</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, utensils, and work areas</li><li>Monitor guest consumption and handle situations responsibly</li><li>Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems</li><li>Restock bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed</li><li>Work collaboratively with front desk, kitchen, and management staff</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic mixology</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25&ndash;40 lbs (cases, kegs, supplies)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.50 per hourWork Location: In person
