Bartender

We are seeking a skilled, personable, and dependable Bartender to join our hotel team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience by delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment.

Position Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and hotel policies, including proper ID verification
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, utensils, and work areas
• Monitor guest consumption and handle situations responsibly
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Restock bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with front desk, kitchen, and management staff
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic mixology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs (cases, kegs, supplies)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour
