Registered Nurse (RN) &ndash; North CountyHospice Care &ndash; Routine, Admissions, Supervisory &amp; Recertification VisitsWe are a compassionate and dependable hospice agency seeking a Registered Nurse to support our growing team in North County SD. This role is ideal for an independent, experienced RN who is comfortable working autonomously and driving to patient homes and facilities throughout the region.We are looking for someone to assist with routine nursing visits, supervisory visits, recertification assessments, and new admissions as needed. The position is per diem (as needed), offering flexibility to fit your schedule while still making a powerful impact in the lives of patients and families during their most important moments.We pride ourselves on maintaining a family-owned feel while providing exceptional, mission-driven care.
