You will be responsible for streamlining the sales cycle, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks, and providing high-level administrative support to the sales leadership team.Key Responsibilities1. Communication &amp; Account Management<ul><li>Email Management: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, managing high-volume email correspondence and prioritizing urgent matters.</li><li>Account Follow-up: Execute consistent follow-up sequences with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.</li><li>Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings between clients and sales executives across multiple time zones.</li></ul>2. Sales Operations &amp; Lead Support<ul><li>Lead Enrichment: Assist with initial research on inbound leads to ensure they meet qualification criteria before being passed to Sales Managers.</li><li>Task Management: Compile, assign, and track sales tasks for the broader management team to ensure internal deadlines are met.</li><li>CRM Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions, lead statuses, and deal stages are accurately documented in the CRM system.</li></ul>3.
