We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations for our growing general contracting company. This position plays a key role in keeping projects &amp; office operations running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating communication, &amp; maintaining accurate records. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, &amp; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer &amp; manage incoming leads, emails &amp; customer inquiries</li><li>Schedule appointments or inspections for team members.</li><li>Maintain &amp; organize project files, permits, &amp; other documentation.</li><li>Track job progress, &amp; update project management systems.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable &amp; receivables</li><li>Keep track of subcontractor licenses, insurance, &amp; other documentation to ensure compliance with state requirements.</li><li>Order office supplies &amp; maintain office organization &amp; cleanliness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in construction, contracting, marketing, or insurance claims supplementing is preffered but not required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; customer service abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with excel, Microsoft, word, adobe, or similar software.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail &amp; problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Pay: From $30.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
