Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Installer, Professional, Attention 2 Detail, to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of complex installation projects across various construction sites. As a senior member of the installation team, you will lead by example, uphold safety standards, and deliver superior quality work that exceeds client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your expertise and expand your skills in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and execute installation tasks with precision across multiple trades including HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Electrical,</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on-site.</li><li>Conduct Job sites inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and workflow for seamless project progression.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements while maintaining a clean and organized job site.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Extensive experience in Home Service trades site work with a strong background in multiple trades including HVAC, SHeet Metal fabrication, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Treatment installation.</li><li>Proficiency in planning attention to detail and proper planning</li><li>Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication equipment safely.</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation techniques, and schematic diagrams.</li><li>Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship in tasks such as home services</li><li>Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, masonry work, tile laying, glass installation or restoration projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.</li><li>Valid experience with construction site management software or estimating programs is a plus.
