We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Installer, Professional, Attention 2 Detail, to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute installation tasks with precision across multiple trades including HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Electrical,
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on-site.
• Conduct Job sites inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and workflow for seamless project progression.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Home Service trades site work with a strong background in multiple trades including HVAC, SHeet Metal fabrication, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Treatment installation.
• Proficiency in planning attention to detail and proper planning
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation techniques, and schematic diagrams.
• Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship in tasks such as home services
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, masonry work, tile laying, glass installation or restoration projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
