<p>The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from post-sale through installation. This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and cost control across multiple active jobs.</p>
<p>This is <b>not</b> a basic project management role. It is a <b>leadership-track position</b> for a proven operator who wants to take on more responsibility and advance quickly.</p>

<p>Our current <b>Director of Operations is planning to retire within the next 1&ndash;2 years</b>. We are actively searching for a <b>top-tier Project Manager</b> who has the experience, leadership ability, and drive to <b>step into that role</b>.</p>
<p>The right candidate will:</p>
<ul><li>Work directly with executive leadership</li><li>
Be involved in operational decision-making and process improvement</li><li>
Be developed and evaluated as a <b>future Director of Operations</b></li></ul>
<p>This is a <b>succession-planning role</b> with a clear path to senior leadership for the right person.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards</li><li>
Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control</li><li>
Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations</li><li>
Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering</li><li>
Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners</li><li>
Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally</li><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Oversee projects from implementation through completion</li><li>
Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively</li><li>
Lead by example and contribute to the development of the operations team</li><li>
Willingness to work 50+ hours per week</li><li>
Ability to lift 75+ pounds</li></ul>

<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred</li><li><b>
5&ndash;10+ years</b> experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installation</li><li>
Proven project and subcontractor management experience</li><li>
Portfolio of work performed and managed required</li><li>
Strong leadership presence with a professional demeanor</li><li>
Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and results-driven</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>
High-level customer service skills</li><li>
