Role Overview: We're seeking a skilled Content Creator to capture high-quality video and photo content for our brand. This role involves on-site shoots at our office and various job locations, working collaboratively with our social media team to bring creative concepts to life.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Capture professional video and photo content at office locations and job sites</li><li>Execute shoots based on creative briefs and direction from our social media team</li><li>Edit videos to final delivery standards</li><li>Coordinate with marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging</li><li>Manage file organization and timely content delivery</li><li>Maintain and operate video/photography equipment including our DJI OSMO Pocket 3</li><li>Adapt to various shooting environments and conditions</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in videography and photography</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment</li><li>Experience with or willingness to learn DJI OSMO Pocket 3 operation</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating quality video and photo work</li><li>Reliable transportation for job site visits</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while following creative direction</li></ul>Equipment Requirements:<ul><li>Professional-grade smartphone for content capture:</li><li>iPhone: 12 Pro or newer (13 Pro+ preferred)</li><li>Android: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Google Pixel 7 Pro, or equivalent</li><li>Must have 4K video recording, optical image stabilization, and multiple lens options</li><li>Minimum 128GB storage capacity (256GB+ preferred)</li><li>Must be comfortable using our provided DJI OSMO Pocket 3 for specialized shots</li><li>Additional photography/video equipment experience preferred</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Someone who enjoys collaborative environments and translating creative visions into compelling visual content</li><li>Flexible schedule availability for shoots during business hours</li><li>Quick turnaround capabilities for edited content</li><li>Professional demeanor for client-facing job site work</li></ul>Details to Discuss:<ul><li>Hours per week/month expectations</li><li>Equipment provision vs. personal equipment</li><li>Travel radius for job sites</li><li>Preferred file formats and delivery methods</li><li>Compensation structure</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
