Content Creator - Video & Photography

Role Overview: We're seeking a skilled Content Creator to capture high-quality video and photo content for our brand. This role involves on-site shoots at our office and various job locations, working collaboratively with our social media team to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional video and photo content at office locations and job sites
• Execute shoots based on creative briefs and direction from our social media team
• Edit videos to final delivery standards
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging
• Manage file organization and timely content delivery
• Maintain and operate video/photography equipment including our DJI OSMO Pocket 3
• Adapt to various shooting environments and conditions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in videography and photography
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Experience with or willingness to learn DJI OSMO Pocket 3 operation
• Portfolio demonstrating quality video and photo work
• Reliable transportation for job site visits
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while following creative direction

Equipment Requirements:

• Professional-grade smartphone for content capture:
• iPhone: 12 Pro or newer (13 Pro+ preferred)
• Android: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Google Pixel 7 Pro, or equivalent
• Must have 4K video recording, optical image stabilization, and multiple lens options
• Minimum 128GB storage capacity (256GB+ preferred)
• Must be comfortable using our provided DJI OSMO Pocket 3 for specialized shots
• Additional photography/video equipment experience preferred
