Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Team at Homesfy Realty Limited. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting, budgeting, expense tracking, and handling both direct and indirect taxation. The role also includes leading a small team of two finance executives.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Handle end-to-end accounting processes, monthly closures, and reconciliations.&middot; Develop and monitor budgeting frameworks across business functions.&middot; Oversee expense management, ensure compliance with internal controls and approval flows.&middot; Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect taxes (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).&middot; Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory authorities for financial and tax-related matters.&middot; Supervise and guide two finance executives, ensuring timely deliverables and process efficiency.Requirements:&middot; Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting techniques, and taxation laws&middot; Good analytical and problem-solving skills&middot; Proficient in Excel and familiarity with accounting software/ERPs&middot; Ability to manage a small team and drive results&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
