 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 As a Retail Store Associate, you&rsquo;ll play a hands-on role in both customer experience and plant care.

 Guide customers in plant selection, gardening solutions, and product recommendations
 </li>

 Receive, unload, price, and merchandise plant and product shipments
 </li>

 Water, groom, and maintain plant material to ensure top quality and presentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep displays, sales areas, and workspaces clean and visually appealing
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate the register accurately and efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily garden center operations as part of a collaborative team
 </li>
