What You’ll Do

As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in both customer experience and plant care.

• Deliver exceptional, knowledgeable customer service
• Guide customers in plant selection, gardening solutions, and product recommendations
• Receive, unload, price, and merchandise plant and product shipments
• Water, groom, and maintain plant material to ensure top quality and presentation
• Keep displays, sales areas, and workspaces clean and visually appealing
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently
• Support daily garden center operations as part of a collaborative team
