About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination across suppliers, freight forwarders, drivers, and customers &mdash; ensuring the seamless movement of goods into and out of our UAE warehouse. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier &amp; Inbound Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with suppliers regarding the arrangement and scheduling of inbound material shipments to the warehouse.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on expected delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival of goods.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure readiness for incoming stock.</li></ul>Freight Forwarding &amp; Export Operations<ul><li>Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange the export of materials from the UAE, ensuring compliance with customs and shipping requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.</li><li>Monitor export shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues.</li></ul>Proof of Delivery (POD) Management<ul><li>Monitor and collect Proof of Delivery documents for all outbound shipments.</li><li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date POD tracker to support invoicing and dispute resolution.</li><li>Follow up with drivers and delivery partners to ensure timely submission of PODs.</li></ul>Driver &amp; Fleet Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers, ensuring efficient routing and on-time deliveries.</li><li>Communicate delivery instructions, priorities, and any special handling requirements to drivers.</li><li>Address and resolve delivery issues or route changes in real time.</li></ul>Customer Communication &amp; Delivery Updates<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.</li><li>Proactively notify customers of any delays, changes, or issues affecting their deliveries.</li><li>Handle customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination role.</li><li>Prior experience working within the UAE or GCC logistics environment is preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with logistics or ERP software is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and freight forwarding procedures is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional language skills are an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li><li>Exposure to regional and international logistics operations.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
