Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant (Fit-Out Company)Dubai, UAEHonest Masters Decor L.L.C.Job Description:Honest Masters Decor (HMD) is a Dubai-based interior fit-out and renovation company delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting and documentation tasks.This role is focused on accurate data entry, documentation, and coordination, working alongside our senior accountant and management team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter and maintain supplier bills and purchase records</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipt vouchers</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update petty cash records and expense logs</li></ul><ul><li>Track payments, follow up on receivables, and update records</li></ul><ul><li>Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparing basic reports as required</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams for project-related documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting or similar role</li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of basic accounting principles</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with accounting software (Odoo is a strong advantage)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, tracking, data entry)</li></ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul><ul><li>Organized, responsible, and able to follow structured processes</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in construction / fit-out / contracting companies</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with quotations and project-based documentation</li></ul>Role Scope (Important)<ul><li>This is a supporting role focused on daily accounting tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Taxation, compliance, and financial reporting are handled by senior accountants</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Transport &amp; Accommodation will be provided by us.</li><li>Stable role within a growing company</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience in real project environments</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive team and structured workflow</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your CV along with a short introduction about your experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
