Job Description:

Honest Masters Decor (HMD) is a Dubai-based interior fit-out and renovation company delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting and documentation tasks.

This role is focused on accurate data entry, documentation, and coordination, working alongside our senior accountant and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain supplier bills and purchase records

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipt vouchers

• Maintain and update petty cash records and expense logs

• Track payments, follow up on receivables, and update records

• Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems

• Assist in preparing basic reports as required

• Coordinate with internal teams for project-related documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or similar role

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience with accounting software (Odoo is a strong advantage)

• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, tracking, data entry)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Organized, responsible, and able to follow structured processes

Preferred

• Experience in construction / fit-out / contracting companies

• Familiarity with quotations and project-based documentation

Role Scope (Important)

• This is a supporting role focused on daily accounting tasks

• Taxation, compliance, and financial reporting are handled by senior accountants
