This Position can be filled in either Harrisburg or PittsburghAbout the RoleHonor Engineer Company is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position is ideal for a technically skilled and client-focused professional ready to take ownership of project delivery and team coordination.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multiple site design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.</li><li>Develop site layouts, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.</li><li>Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and reports.</li><li>Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with regulatory agencies and apply for permits and approvals.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.</li><li>Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.</li><li>Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license.</li><li>5+ years of relevant design and project management experience.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with public and private clients and projects, such as State, municipal, and utility clients, and land development, subdivision and stormwater projects.</li></ul>Work Environment: Typical office setting. Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of site development, stormwater management, and infrastructure design projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and stormwater management designs.</li><li>Conduct site visits and support survey coordination.</li><li>Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.</li><li>Support preparation of permit applications and construction documents.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, and surveyors across disciplines.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.</li><li>EIT certification (or in progress) preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and related design software.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Harrisburg, PA 17111 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
