Licensed Civil Engineer / Registered Landscape Architect Project Manager

About the Role

Honor Engineer Company is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position is ideal for a technically skilled and client-focused professional ready to take ownership of project delivery and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple site design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Develop site layouts, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and apply for permits and approvals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license.
• 5+ years of relevant design and project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with public and private clients and projects, such as State, municipal, and utility clients, and land development, subdivision and stormwater projects.

Work Environment: Typical office setting. Remote/Hybrid may be available.

Travel: This position may require travel to project sites and client meetings.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
