Do you love social media, storytelling, content creation &mdash; and have a solid understanding of SEO and AI tools (like LLMs) to work smarter, not harder?If you&rsquo;re looking for a flexible role where every week looks a little different &mdash; and you want the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving small business &mdash; you might be exactly who we&rsquo;re looking for.Position Details<ul><li>Hours: Flexible &mdash; anywhere from 0&ndash;10 hours/week depending on workload</li><li>Location: Remote or Inland Northwest / Spokane&ndash;Coeur d&rsquo;Alene area preferred for occasional in-person content shoots</li><li>Schedule: Work at your pace as long as deadlines are met</li><li>Growth Opportunity: As we learn your strengths, we&rsquo;ll increase the scope and hours</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Be DoingEvery week is unique, but tasks may include:<ul><li>Social media content creation (Reels/TikTok/FB/IG)</li><li>Caption writing + hashtag/SEO optimization</li><li>Light graphic design (Canva or similar)</li><li>Editing short-form videos</li><li>Setting up + publishing social posts in Meta Business Suite</li><li>Running or assisting with paid social ads</li><li>Assisting with content shoots (if local)</li><li>Using AI tools (LLMs) to help create ideas, copy, and workflows</li></ul>Must-Have Skills (Not optional)You should already be confident in at least 80% of these:<ul><li>Social media strategy + execution</li><li>Short-form video editing (CapCut, etc.)</li><li>SEO basics &mdash; keywords, discoverability</li><li>Strong copywriting + storytelling</li><li>Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently</li><li>Familiarity with using AI tools (LLMs) for efficiency/content</li><li>Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven</li></ul>This is not an internship or &ldquo;learn as you go&rdquo; role. I don&rsquo;t micromanage &mdash; and I don&rsquo;t have the time to train from scratch.
