Position Details

• Hours: Flexible — anywhere from 0–10 hours/week depending on workload
• Location: Remote or Inland Northwest / Spokane–Coeur d’Alene area preferred for occasional in-person content shoots
• Schedule: Work at your pace as long as deadlines are met
• Growth Opportunity: As we learn your strengths, we’ll increase the scope and hours

What You’ll Be Doing

Every week is unique, but tasks may include:

• Social media content creation (Reels/TikTok/FB/IG)
• Caption writing + hashtag/SEO optimization
• Light graphic design (Canva or similar)
• Editing short-form videos
• Setting up + publishing social posts in Meta Business Suite
• Running or assisting with paid social ads
• Assisting with content shoots (if local)
• Using AI tools (LLMs) to help create ideas, copy, and workflows

Must-Have Skills (Not optional)

You should already be confident in at least 80% of these:

• Social media strategy + execution
• Short-form video editing (CapCut, etc.)
• SEO basics — keywords, discoverability
• Strong copywriting + storytelling
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
• Familiarity with using AI tools (LLMs) for efficiency/content
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

This is not an internship or “learn as you go” role. I don’t micromanage — and I don’t have the time to train from scratch. Come in ready to take things off my plate.
