The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, employee coordination, and basic HR documentation.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle &ndash; sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Post job openings on relevant platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and follow up on interview feedback.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Administration:<ul><li>Maintain employee attendance and leave records.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll inputs, and attendance.</li><li>Support in performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and exit formalities.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Ensure HR records are up to date and compliant with company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts/management for payroll processing inputs.</li><li>Assist in implementing HR processes and policies effectively.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (MBA in HR preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR management tools.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC(LPA)</li><li>Expected CTC(LPA)</li><li>Notice Period(In Days)</li><li>Experience in HR- Recruitement, Operations, Payroll</li></ul>Work Location: In person
