Hoora Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Platform Analyst to support and strengthen our internal business platforms, including:

• Hoora Admin Panel
• Hoora Partner Manager Portal
• Hoora RM Dashboard
• Hoora Sales Dashboard

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with the Platform Analyst (Strategy) and act as a coordination bridge between Operations, Sales, RM, QA/Tester, BDA, and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Gap Analysis

• Regularly review internal platforms to identify bugs, missing features, and workflow inefficiencies.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Gather feedback and pain points from Customer Support, RM, Sales, Tech/QA, and BDA teams.
• Conduct structured calls and meetings to understand operational challenges.

3. Bug Tracking & Resolution

• Document issues clearly in Google Sheets (with screenshots and reproduction steps).
• Coordinate with Tech/QA teams for resolution and track progress.
• Ensure closure by updating concerned stakeholders post-fix.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare requirement documents, trackers, and task lists.
• Maintain organized documentation that teams actively use.

5. Cross-Team Communication

• Keep Operations, Product, and Management aligned through regular updates and follow-ups.

6. Problem Solving & Verification

• Troubleshoot platform issues.
• Suggest quick improvements where possible.
• Verify fixes post-deployment before closing tickets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Engineering / BCA graduate (any branch) from a recognized college
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets & Docs)
• Basic data analysis skills
• Clear communication skills in English & Hindi

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira / structured Google Sheets tracking)
• Interest in startups, platforms, and process improvement
