</div></div></div><div></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></div><br>
<div>The Office Administrator is responsible for office administration of the plant while maintaining environmental and safety compliance at all times.</div><br>
<div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>Plant level HR duties and keep employee records up-to-date.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Support budget activities to include receipts, billing, coding and tracking.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Greet visitors to plant and direct to appropriate personnel.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Handle all UPS/FedEx/USPS packages and mailings.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Participate in physical inventories as required.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Create and mail treating certificates when necessary.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Assist as necessary with inventories.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Prepare export documentation when necessary.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Attend all training sessions and safety meetings.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Other duties as directed.</div></li></ul><br>
<div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Skills with spreadsheets and word processing programs necessary.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to communicate effectively with others.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.</div></li><br>

<div>Be comfortable working within Google Drive programs, Windows based programs, using a word processor, and email. Must have a good knowledge of spreadsheeting.</div><br>

<div>Indoors - 70% Outdoors - 30%</div><br>
