1. Dispensing &amp; Supply of Medicines<ul><li>Prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions given by doctors.</li><li>Ensure correct dosage, form, and administration method.</li><li>Maintain records of all medicines issued.</li></ul>2. Patient Safety &amp; Counseling<ul><li>Review prescriptions to avoid drug interactions, side effects, or allergies.</li><li>Educate patients on how and when to take their medicines.</li><li>Guide on storage, diet restrictions, and possible side effects.</li></ul>3. Stock &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain stock of medicines, IV fluids, surgical items, and vaccines.</li><li>Check expiry dates and manage replacement or disposal of expired drugs.</li><li>Place orders with suppliers as per hospital requirements.</li></ul>4. Coordination with Doctors &amp; Nurses<ul><li>Work closely with medical and nursing staff to ensure effective treatment.</li><li>Provide information about new drugs, alternatives, and dosages.</li><li>Help in creating treatment or antibiotic protocols.</li></ul>5. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all medications are stored under proper conditions.</li><li>Maintain pharmacy records as per hospital and government standards.</li><li>Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and legal regulations.</li></ul>6.
