Department: Kitchen / CulinaryReports To: Head ChefChef de Partie (CDP) oversees a designated station in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and timely service. The CDP must maintain consistency, adhere to food safety standards, and assist junior staff while following the Head Chef&rsquo;s directives.Responsibilities:&#10004; *Food Preparation &amp; Cooking:*- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards.- Ensure all food is of high quality, properly seasoned, and cooked to perfection.- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.&#10004; *Station Management:*- Oversee a specific section (e.g., saut&eacute;, grill, pastry, cold kitchen).- Ensure smooth workflow and timely dish assembly during service.- Monitor stock levels and inform superiors of shortages.&#10004; *Hygiene &amp; Safety Compliance:*- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.- Follow HACCP and food safety regulations.- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.&#10004; *Team Coordination:*- Train and guide Demi-Chefs and Commis Chefs.- Collaborate with other CDPs and kitchen staff for efficient service.- Assist Sous Chef in menu development and kitchen operations.&#10004; *Quality Control:*- Taste dishes to ensure consistency and flavor.- Report any issues with food quality or equipment to superiors.*Requirements &amp; Skills:*&#9989; Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.&#9989; 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably as a Demi-Chef or CDP).&#9989; Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.&#9989; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.&#9989; Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.&#9989; Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, SERV Safe, etc.).Work Conditions:- Full-time position with shift work (evenings, weekends, holidays).- Fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>
