Job Summary Join the Team at Hops and Flower!Location: Durham, NC (Near 9th St. Neighborhood)We are reimagining the neighborhood bodega. Part coffee shop, part deli, part craft beer bar, and part THCa dispensary&mdash;we are a one-stop shop for the modern Durham community. We&rsquo;re looking for high-energy, versatile, and reliable individuals to help us launch this January.Now Hiring for Multiple Roles:We believe in a &quot;cross-functional&quot; team. While you may have a primary focus, everyone helps keep the engine running.<ul><li>Baristas: Crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages.</li><li>Bartenders: Pouring local drafts and curated canned selections.</li><li>Cashiers / Retail Associates: Managing the bodega and THCa dispensary counter (must be 21+ for dispensary sales).</li><li>Food Runners: Getting our fresh breakfast and lunch sandwiches to hungry locals.</li><li>Shift Leads: Experienced leaders to manage floor operations, inventory, and team morale.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>The &quot;Durham&quot; Vibe: Friendly, authentic, and community-focused.</li><li>Adaptability: You&rsquo;re comfortable jumping from the espresso machine to the register or helping a customer select a THCa flower product.</li><li>Experience: Previous hospitality, coffee, or retail experience is preferred, but a great attitude is non-negotiable.</li><li>Availability: Weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays</li><li>Knowledge: An interest in craft coffee, local beer, or the hemp/cannabis industry is a huge plus!</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay + tips.</li><li>Employee discounts on food, coffee, and retail.</li><li>The chance to be part of a brand-new concept from Day 1.</li><li>A fast-paced, vibrant work environment in the heart of Durham.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief note about why you&rsquo;d be a great fit to info@hopsandflower.comHops and Flower is an equal opportunity employer.
