Location: Durham, NC (Near 9th St. Neighborhood)

We are reimagining the neighborhood bodega. Part coffee shop, part deli, part craft beer bar, and part THCa dispensary—we are a one-stop shop for the modern Durham community. We’re looking for high-energy, versatile, and reliable individuals to help us launch this January.

Now Hiring for Multiple Roles:

We believe in a "cross-functional" team. While you may have a primary focus, everyone helps keep the engine running.

• Baristas: Crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
• Bartenders: Pouring local drafts and curated canned selections.
• Cashiers / Retail Associates: Managing the bodega and THCa dispensary counter (must be 21+ for dispensary sales).
• Food Runners: Getting our fresh breakfast and lunch sandwiches to hungry locals.
• Shift Leads: Experienced leaders to manage floor operations, inventory, and team morale.

What We’re Looking For:

• The "Durham" Vibe: Friendly, authentic, and community-focused.
• Adaptability: You’re comfortable jumping from the espresso machine to the register or helping a customer select a THCa flower product.
• Experience: Previous hospitality, coffee, or retail experience is preferred, but a great attitude is non-negotiable.
• Availability: Weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays
• Knowledge: An interest in craft coffee, local beer, or the hemp/cannabis industry is a huge plus!
