 Job Scope
 
 
 
 &middot; Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with high accuracy.
 
 
 
 &middot; Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Operations as needed.
 
 
 
 &middot; Support and guide Billing Analysts when required.
 
 
 
 &middot; Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements.
 
 
 
 &middot; Participate in testing and rollout of billing automation tools.
 
 
 
 &middot; Issue and meticulously review invoices, ensuring alignment with client contracts and internal policies.
 
 
 
 &middot; Investigate, document, and efficiently resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
 
 
 
 &middot; Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline existing billing processes for greater organizational efficiency.
 
 
 
 &middot; Partner effectively with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting) to ensure documentation and billing accuracy.
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 &middot; Experience: 3-5+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience (freight forwarding/logistics background is a plus but not required).
 
 
 
 &middot; Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 
 
 &middot; Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and new software tools is a bonus.
 
 
 
 &middot; Core Skills: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to adapt to change with a sense of urgency.
 
 
 
 &middot; Communication: Excellent professional communication and organizational skills.
