Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Patient Accounts &amp; Insurance Facilitator to join our close-knit administrative team in a busy and respected dermatology and primary care medical practice. This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, clear communication, knows how to provide excellent customer service, and consistent follow-through. The right candidate is looking for a long-term role and will take full ownership of all patient accounts responsibilities.Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a medical office setting</li><li>Experience handling patient billing questions, payment plans, and collection processes</li><li>Familiarity with commercial insurance plans</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple patient accounts and follow up consistently</li><li>Ability to confidently and professionally discuss financial responsibility with patients</li><li>Experience sending medical records and handling patient information in a HIPAA- compliant manner</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) </li><li>Respectfully collaborates with the administrative team and providers to ensure smooth billing and accounting operations</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently</li></ul>Work Schedule: Monday Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays (full days)<ul><li>Long-term commitment and reliability</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Starts at $22.00 for the first three months</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in dermatology and medical primary care, we invite you to apply today to join our dedicated team at Horizon Dermatology &amp; Cosmetic Center and Horizon Medical ClinicPay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What are you feelings about working remotely?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newport Beach, CA 92660
