We encourage you to visit www.horizontire.com to learn more about our quickly growing company.Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented person who is committed to contributing to our quickly-growing company.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Applies cash, credit card, check and wire transfer payments to accounts</li><li>Reconciles customer accounts</li><li>Investigates and resolves issues with proper application of cash receipts</li><li>Creates and maintains office reports</li><li>Inspects and reviews chargeback and retrieval cases</li><li>Balances daily cash receipts against lock box totals</li><li>Assists with audits as necessary</li><li>Participates in month/year-end closing</li><li>Recognizes and reports any bad debt, billing, or collection issue</li><li>AR/AP assignments</li><li>Display strong customer service with internal and external departments as well as customers</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bilingual required: Mandarin / English</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of accounting experience / processes and procedures / GL experience</li><li>Working Knowledge of Microsoft Business Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Experienced and proficient QuickBooks, GP, and other ERP systems</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time / Mon-Fri / Work Location: In person / Payrate: $20.00 / hourlyBenefits:&middot; 401(K) matching&middot; Health insurance&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Vision insurance&middot; Vacation/Sick timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
