Job Responsibilities:

• Applies cash, credit card, check and wire transfer payments to accounts
• Reconciles customer accounts
• Investigates and resolves issues with proper application of cash receipts
• Creates and maintains office reports
• Inspects and reviews chargeback and retrieval cases
• Balances daily cash receipts against lock box totals
• Assists with audits as necessary
• Participates in month/year-end closing
• Recognizes and reports any bad debt, billing, or collection issue
• AR/AP assignments
• Display strong customer service with internal and external departments as well as customers
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual required: Mandarin / English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of accounting experience / processes and procedures / GL experience
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Business Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experienced and proficient QuickBooks, GP, and other ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
