Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager with experience using QuickBooks to oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage tasks, bookkeeping, and help ensure the office runs efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations</li><li>Handle bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks</li><li>Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Assist with payroll and tax payments</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in office management</li><li>Demonstrated bookkeeping expertise using QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle check out desk responsibilities professionally and courteously.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, scheduling, and record keeping.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
