Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager with experience using QuickBooks to oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage tasks, bookkeeping, and help ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Handle bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with payroll and tax payments

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management
  • Demonstrated bookkeeping expertise using QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle check out desk responsibilities professionally and courteously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, scheduling, and record keeping.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
