Our appellate law firm is seeking a part-time office clerk for our Burbank office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic candidate to join a highly regarded midsize law firm with a collegial atmosphere. As an office clerk, you will be working directly with other clerks and administrative staff on various tasks including document preparation, meeting setup, and a variety of general office duties (stocking of office supplies, mail, etc.).The candidate we&rsquo;re looking for has:<ul><li>Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and superior general computer skills</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>A professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Strong organizational abilities</li></ul>The ideal candidate has a graduating GPA of 3.0 or above (high school or college). Student applications are welcome provided the applicant can work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
