Our appellate law firm is seeking a part-time office clerk for our Burbank office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic candidate to join a highly regarded midsize law firm with a collegial atmosphere. As an office clerk, you will be working directly with other clerks and administrative staff on various tasks including document preparation, meeting setup, and a variety of general office duties (stocking of office supplies, mail, etc.).

The candidate we’re looking for has:

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and superior general computer skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational abilities

The ideal candidate has a graduating GPA of 3.0 or above (high school or college). Student applications are welcome provided the applicant can work a minimum of 25 hours per week. No law firm experience is necessary, but some prior experience working in an office setting is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
