 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. Social Media Strategy &amp; Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Execute &amp; follow up with the agency on creative
 
 social media strategies
 
 aligned with brand objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with the agency on monthly content and campaign deliverables &amp; plans for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep brand content fresh and relevant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Digital Campaigns &amp; Performance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor the paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) in coordination with the marketing team &amp; agencies.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Influencer &amp; Collaboration Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, shortlist, and manage influencer partnerships for campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate deliverables, ensure timely content delivery, and measure impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term influencer relationships to maintain consistent brand presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track Influencer campaign Led by the agency.
 </li>

 WhatsApp &amp; Email Marketing
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Create and manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to drive brand engagement and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with engaging copy and visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyse open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the Consumer research Campaign on email Marketing.
 </li>

 Creativity &amp; Content Development

 Generate fresh campaign ideas, interactive formats, and innovative audience engagement concepts.

 6. Coordination &amp; multi-tasking

 Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless campaign execution.

 Stay proactive, resolve issues quickly, and ensure agencies deliver on time through constant follow-ups.

 Key Skills &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in Social &amp; Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaign tools, and analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional creativity with an eye for visual storytelling and engaging content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in campaign analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and improvise when needed.
 </li>

 Summary/Objective:
 
 
 
 This role is responsible for managing operations support team in India and will drive the day-to-day activities for functions including order processing, documentation, invoicing, fleet management and third-party trucking, MIS, Import, regulatory affairs and customer service. This candidate will liaise with US operation team and India support team to bring strong leadership, process management, and cross-border collaboration skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Streamline and organize information for US operations managers to ensure clarity and accessibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, revise, and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all operations support functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily warehouse operations including order fulfilment, shipping schedules, inventory updates, and returns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with distribution centres managers to streamline the process and resolve issues effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and monitor day-to-day performance metrics for distribution centres.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify performance gaps with the India team and drive timely corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in documentation across all operational support functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and support clearance and teams handling daily operational tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process including invoice booking and vendor coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.

 Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, and company policies.

 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
