Hospice of Wichita Falls is seeking a compassionate and organized <b>Bereavement Administrative Assistant</b> to support our Bereavement Team. In this role, you will help ensure families receive thoughtful follow-up and support after the loss of a loved one, while also providing strong administrative coordination for bereavement services and events.</p><p>

What you'll do</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Support bereavement follow-up and documentation</p></li><li><p>
Prepare mailings and materials for bereavement services</p></li><li><p>
Help coordinate support groups, memorial events, and volunteer activities</p></li><li><p>
Maintain records and assist with reports and data entry</p></li><li><p>
Provide administrative support to the bereavement team</p></li><li><p>
Communicate compassionately and professionally with families, staff, and volunteers</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
High school diploma or GED required</p></li><li><p>
Previous office/computer experience required</p></li><li><p>
Hospice experience preferred</p></li><li><p>
Experience in social services or education preferred</p></li><li><p>
Strong communication, phone, organization, and listening skills</p></li><li><p>
Ability to manage details and multiple tasks well</p></li><li><p>
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality</p></li><li><p>
Valid driver's license and insured automobile required</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
