Hospice of Wichita Falls is seeking a compassionate and organized Bereavement Administrative Assistant to support our Bereavement Team. In this role, you will help ensure families receive thoughtful follow-up and support after the loss of a loved one, while also providing strong administrative coordination for bereavement services and events.

What you'll do

• Support bereavement follow-up and documentation

• Prepare mailings and materials for bereavement services

• Help coordinate support groups, memorial events, and volunteer activities

• Maintain records and assist with reports and data entry

• Provide administrative support to the bereavement team

• Communicate compassionately and professionally with families, staff, and volunteers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous office/computer experience required

• Hospice experience preferred

• Experience in social services or education preferred

• Strong communication, phone, organization, and listening skills

• Ability to manage details and multiple tasks well

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Valid driver's license and insured automobile required
