We&rsquo;re passionate about providing delicious food in a lively, welcoming environment.Job Summary We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Server to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food service, comfortable handling transactions, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Prepare and assemble menu items with attention to quality and presentation, including food prep and basic food handling.</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables and sanitation practices in line with food safety standards.</li><li>Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or caf&eacute; as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.</li><li>Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods and supporting team members as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail math is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support various roles within the restaurant or caf&eacute; setting.
