Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deliver a high level of personalized guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with professionalism and poise
</li><li>Prepare and serve craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and beer with precision, consistency, and presentation excellence
</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, ingredients, and current beverage trends
</li><li>Engage guests with confidence, creating a welcoming yet refined atmosphere that enhances the overall experience
</li><li>Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without compromising quality or service standards
</li><li>Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness in accordance with luxury hospitality standards and health regulations
</li><li>Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
</li><li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service execution
</li><li>Upsell premium products and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and drive revenue

</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;3 years bartending experience in an upscale bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel environment
</li><li>Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings
</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
</li><li>TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
