Bartender

Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Bartender to join our luxury hospitality team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with professionalism and poise
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and beer with precision, consistency, and presentation excellence
• Maintain strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, ingredients, and current beverage trends
• Engage guests with confidence, creating a welcoming yet refined atmosphere that enhances the overall experience
• Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without compromising quality or service standards
• Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness in accordance with luxury hospitality standards and health regulations
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service execution
• Upsell premium products and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
• Maintain accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory awareness

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in an upscale bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings
• Proven ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
