Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Procurement Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement Capex procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, brand standards, and business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams: development, design, technical services, finance, and operations.</li><li>Build annual and project-specific Capex plans for new openings and refurbishment programs.</li></ul>2. Procurement Execution<ul><li>Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management for Capex items:</li><li>FF&amp;E (Furniture, Fixtures &amp; Equipment)</li><li>OS&amp;E (Operating Supplies &amp; Equipment)</li><li>MEP systems</li><li>IT &amp; AV infrastructure</li><li>Construction &amp; fit-out services</li><li>Manage RFP/RFQ processes and oversee supplier selection in coordination with project managers and technical teams.</li></ul>3. Cost Control &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Set and track Capex budgets by project and region.</li><li>Deliver savings through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and strategic negotiations.</li><li>Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of procurement-related costs.</li></ul>4. Supplier &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Build and manage a preferred supplier base to support regional and global project needs.</li><li>Monitor vendor KPIs: quality, cost, compliance, and on-time delivery.</li><li>Foster strong partnerships with key vendors and contractors while managing procurement risk.</li></ul>5. Project Coordination &amp; Timeline Management<ul><li>Align procurement schedules with construction and renovation project timelines.</li><li>Ensure all materials and services are delivered in accordance with key project milestones and opening dates.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks caused by procurement.</li></ul>6. Governance, Risk, and Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.</li><li>Incorporate ESG and sustainability criteria into Capex sourcing strategies.</li><li>Conduct supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and audits.</li></ul>7.
