A Liaison Associate acts as a crucial communication bridge, connecting individuals, departments, or organizations to ensure smooth information flow, collaboration, and problem-solving, handling tasks like meeting coordination, conflict resolution, relationship building, reporting, and administrative support, requiring strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to link stakeholders and achieve shared goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Hub: Serve as a primary contact, relaying information between internal teams and external partners (clients, agencies, government).
  • Coordination: Organize meetings, workshops, or events to facilitate discussions and ensure clear project requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes, negotiate solutions, and address concerns to maintain harmony.
  • Information Management: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and ensure accurate documentation of activities.
  • Administrative Support: Handle logistics, document processing, and general administrative tasks related to liaison efforts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
